We value your satisfaction and strive to meet your expectations with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, here’s how we can proceed:

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not accept refunds and exchanges for customized items (names, dates or custom images) once they are processed. Customized items are made specially for you, which means they cannot be sold again to other customers. Thanks for your understanding.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the non-customized items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  • Please contact us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Please include the order number.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  • Bring your package to the local post office and purchase a shipping label.
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Return address: We will supply you with the return address once you request for return is received.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized items and items sold with limited-time promotion. We also cannot accept returns of undergarments.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items marked “non-returnable” and free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We cannot accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that were not purchased from our website.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately upon receiving the returned item, but it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
